Q. Who can attend the National Floor Show?
A. Anyone in the trade. The National Floor Show is a purely trade event and NOT open to the public. You will need to bring identification of trade status.
Q. How can people pre-register for the show?
A. To pre-register for the National Floor Show, please click here or the register now button towards the top left hand corner of your screen.
Q. When will I receive my badge?
A. You will receive your badge approximately 2 weeks before the show together with the Show Preview to help your plan your time at the event.
Q. What if I have forgotten my badge when I arrive at the show?
A. If you have pre-registered for National Floor Show, just go to the registration desks in either the Arena, Hall 2 or Hall 4 entrances and give the staff your name, they will locate your details on the computer and issue you with a new badge. National Floor show will also have touch screen computers at hall entrances which will enable you to enter your surname or registration reference number and you badge will be issued.
Q. Can I register on-site?
A. Yes, just go to the registration desk.
Q. What time do the doors open?
A. The halls open for visitors at 9:30am everyday. Please refer to the Travel & Stay page for full details of show opening hours and how to get to the Harrogate International Centre.
Q. How do I find my way around the show once I have arrived?
A. "You Are Here" boards are located at each of the registration entrances. If you pre-registered for National Floor Show you can use the Show Preview sent with your badge to plan your visit before the show and it’s compact size means it’s easy to use on-site to guide you around the halls. The Show Catalogue which contains a full exhibitor list and detailed floorplan will be available at the show.
Q. Is there a cloakroom for bags and coats?
A. Cloakrooms are available in Hall Q and Hall M.
Q. Can I bring children?
A. We do not recommend bringing children to the exhibition and there are no crèche facilities available.
Q. I am a student, am I able to attend the event?
A. Students are permitted entry to National Floor Show via prior arrangement only. Please email Claire Lewis on clewis@cmpi.biz for further information and guidelines.
Q. Where can I eat?
There are a number of catering facilities located throughout the exhibition centre.
Q. Is there a cashpoint?
There is a cashpoint located just out side the exhibition centre.
Q. Where can I find information about accommodation and where to go in the evening?
A. Check out the Travel & Stay page on the website for details of accommodation, where to eat and where to shop in Harrogate.
